After successful payment, you will receive a Welcome Mail from GST Suvidha Kendra from the email id: info@gstsuvidhakendra.org.in. You will also get your login credentials in this mail.

You have to complete three steps of onboarding activities, i.e Basic Details, Agreement, and CRM Introduction to access the portal, otherwise, you will not get access to the portal.

KYC Process:
You need to contact your respective RM.
You need to click on “My Profile Icon” and then hit the button “Contact Us”. Here, you will get an option “Create a ticket”, tap on it to raise your ticket.
You need to click on Profile icon > Contact us > Click Here as shown in the image below:-
Next, tap “Active Ticket” and hit “Select Date”.
Finally, tap “Create ticket” to find the response to your ticket.
Click “Coupons” as shown in the image below on your CRM portal.
On a new screen, you will see the Status of your coupon counts with their Expiry date.
On your CRM portal, click “Training Schedule”.
You will see the list of CRM Training on a new screen. Search for the Training Name you want to register. Click on the Registration Link as highlighted in the image below:-
On a new screen, you have to choose the date and time. Please ensure to fill in all the details asked and click the button “Register”.
You can download the certificate from the CRM portal. Click “Profile Icon” --> “Certificate”.
You need to raise a ticket from the CRM portal or contact your respective RM.
